If you would like to end your tenancy the procedure is straightforward. You can give notice to end your tenancy in writing to us at the office or by email (we require notice from each named tenant on the tenancy agreement). The notice required is 2 months but must end on either your rent due date or the date before (i.e. 2 months’ notice from your rent due date).
