We used Fair-way to rent out mum's house when she went into a care home and to later sell it. In both cases Fair--way were professional and easy to deal with and extremely helpful. During our time as landlords they looked after the property for us quickly dealing with any maintenance issues. They have fast access to good tradespeople who charge reasonable rates. When it came to sell they suggested a fair price and gave a detailed explanation of why the price they suggested was the best one. We got an offer at our asking price very quickly. All in all I would recommend them.

Fair-Way Properties are the best letting agents I have ever had. Any issues are dealt with quickly and very efficiently. If the rent is even one day late they are on the phone with me to tell me what action has been taken. In all the years they have been dealing with my property (at least 9) I have never had to chase them for anything. They are so good that my daughter is using them now too and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a letting agent.

Thanks for sharing 😊 Called to enquire about a property listed on Zoopla. After asking some very straight forward questions, I realised he has some difficeny with his understanding which is why I asked to be put on the waitlist so someone else could hopefully deal with my quiry. After being screamed at down the phone, I realised that his client the (landlord) isn't aware of how their property is being marketed. So, I decided to write this review to help some landlords, who use this company to show what a customer can expect when dealing with 'James'. Solely for completeness, here's a two word summary of my experience poor and frankly child-like. Here is some constructive advice, please go on a communication course to manage your temper and lack of knowledge in this area.
